This charming and clean condo is fully furnished on the 2nd floor with staircase access only. Private lanai faces the mountains. New A/C, access to 3 pools/2 hot tubs, propane grill & laundromat available in building.
One queen bed in bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in living room, full bathroom with tub and shower. Pack n' Play available.
Main road can be heard but is quiet when doors/windows are closed (ear plugs provided)- New AC works great!
